Adding Custom Forms to Your Website
To create a form custom to meet your needs, the Hornet Helper Team can assist. Simply provide a copy of your form to the Hornet Helper Team. We will provide you an estimate to create your online form. After we have created and launched your form, visitors to your website will use the form to leave information about themselves. Once the information is submitted, you will receive an email alert. You can also download the information in CSV format which opens in Microsoft Excel.
