  • Locate the 'Account Manger' from the System Dashboard.
  • Click 'Account Settings' button.
  • A list of all fields for the form will be displayed. You have the option to Show the field and Require the field to be collected. First & Last name are preset.
  • In this example, we will Show & Require the Organization Field & Show the Website field.
  • Click 'Save'.
  • Click 'Edit' next to the Account.
  • You will now see that the Fields Organization & Website are displayed. Fill in the approprate information.
  • Click 'Save'.
