- Locate the HTML Action Hex where you would like to link to your document.
- Select 'Edit' option.
- Type or copy the name of the document or the text to be displayed.
- Highlight the text and click on the Link icon in the HTML editor.
- In the Link Manager, click the 'Browse Server' button.
- In the Link Browser, click the 'Browse' button.
- Locate the document on your local machine. Click 'Upload'.
- Your document has been uploaded to the server and listed in the Link Browser. Click 'OK'.
- The path of the document will be displayed in the URL field. Click 'OK'.
- Click 'Save'.
- The text on the page will now link to the document stored on the WebHornet server.
- To remove the link, edit the HTML placeholder.
- Highlight the linking text and click on the Broken Link icon in the HTML Editor.
- Click 'Save'.
- The text no longer links to your document.
