Lead Signup: Edit Settings on Lead Signup Form

Locate the Action Hex where your Lead Signup Form is appearing.
Select 'Edit' option.
Enter the title of your signup form.
Enter a description about your signup form.
Click 'Save'.
The setup of your Lead Signup form is complete. The title and description will appear above the form.
