With the most recent release of WebHornet, the Event Calendar was upgraded to mobile-friendly.  You will have the ability to feature events such as tradeshows, workshops or open houses in a clear, easy-to-read event calendar.  Simply enter event details (date, time, location, description) and your events will be listed on your website by date order.  Link to event brochures or forms for easy download and viewing.

Publish Your Event

Sometimes it takes a while to pull all of the event details together.  With the Event Calendar publishing feature, start working on your event listing, save and come back to add more details at a later time.  Once you are ready, publish your event for all visitors to see!  

Ways to Get the Most "Bang" Out of your Event Calendar Module

Make your website a hub for upcoming events information.  Integrate Multi-media and RSVP software to add more flexibility to your calendar:

• Share Event Brochures & Schedules - Upload event brochures and schedules for potential attendees to download
  
• Event Video Promotion - If you have a video promoting your event on YouTube, simply drop in the HTML code provided by YouTube and your video will appear in your Event Listing details!
• Collecting Event Reservations - Have WebHornet setup a simple Reservation Data Collection Form or link to 3rd party event reservation system to collect your reservation and payment information.  If your event reservation system provides HTML snippet, you can include this in your event listing.
